The goal of this project was to create a dynamic and eye-catching promotional poster that encourages users to download the Kernow Eats app. The design needed to feel energetic, appetizing, and modern, while clearly communicating the app’s purpose and availability.
Key aims included:
Attract attention instantly on both digital and print media.
Create strong brand consistency with Kernow Eats’ logo and colors.
Highlight the app interface to make it recognizable and trustworthy.
Encourage direct user action through clear call-to-action elements.
My approach focused on combining vibrant food imagery with the brand’s bold orange and red color scheme. These tones evoke energy, appetite, and warmth, aligning perfectly with the food delivery theme.
The layout features:
A prominent mobile device mockup displaying the app’s home screen, showcasing brand authenticity and familiarity.
Realistic food textures and photography to create an immediate emotional connection with the viewer.
The tagline “Download Our App” presented in a bold, rounded typeface for clarity and approachability.
To give the design a lively flow, I used layered typography with a slight tilt and texture — reinforcing the movement and energy of on-demand dining.
The brand palette consists primarily of warm orange, rich red, and white, reflecting friendliness and excitement while maintaining strong contrast for readability.
Typography follows a bold geometric sans-serif style for modern appeal, while the supporting text remains clean and legible. The consistent use of the Kernow Eats logo ensures brand recognition throughout.
Final Design & Outcome
The final poster captures the vibrancy and convenience of the Kernow Eats experience. It effectively bridges the gap between local authenticity and modern technology, encouraging engagement and app downloads.
This visual identity helps Kernow Eats establish itself as a reliable, community-driven food delivery service with professional branding and cohesive promotional design.
